HealtHire's Key Principles
HealtHire as an organization is committed to three key principles.
- Assist in matching the right CNA with the right Healthcare organization.
- Through the CNASelect process, reduce turnover thereby reducing expense for your organization.
- Improve the patient experience by matching the right CNA with the right organization.
The patient experience is a key component for why healthcare organizations need to implement HealtHire's
CNASelect process. With America's aging population, more and more families will need healthcare service providers.
Whether it's short-term care in an out-patient setting, a hospital stay for more involved treatment, or the need for
a long-term care facility the need for quality healthcare is on the rise.
The CNASelect process works to match the right CNA with the right healthcare organization. By correctly fitting
the person with the organization, you have increased employee satisfaction which means longer term employees providing
better healthcare for their patients.
Families today are looking for a place to put their loved ones where they believe they will receive the best possible
care by providers who are trained, nurturing, and genuinely care about their patients.
As a healtcare provider you can put the family at ease by explaining to them that you utilize the CNASelect process
to match the best possible care givers with your facility. Imagine the piece-of-mind of the family when they know
the extent you go to in your hiring and screening process.
