CNA Hiring Process
HealtHire recommends a “multiple hurdles” approach to hiring. Each successive step in the selection process is done on a pass/fail basis and each applicant must pass every hurdle to continue the process. The hurdles are:
- CNASelect assessment plus follow-up interviewing on areas with weak scores
- Structured Interview using the questions provided by the assessment results.
- Pre-employment background check.
- Conditional job offer pending a medical exam and a drug screen
